- It is our policy to request a deposit on each booking of 50% per room, and this will be non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- If you cancel your booking we reserve the right to claim any balance owing to us.
- Children 10yrs and over welcome.
- Please note 4pm is the very earliest time we welcome guests.
- Please check out by 10.00 am on day of departure.
- Swimming pool open from April/September Restricted times of use.(Heated by Solar)
- Garden open to guests from 7.30am -10am and 5pm - 10pm.
- Guests must sign an insurance disclaimer before using pool and or trampoline.
- Under no circumstances can children under 16 yrs be left at White Lodge whilst parents go out.
- Payment is accepted by Credit/debit card/cash. Sorry I don’t accept cheques or American Express.
- Please note if the credit/debit card is chip & pin it will only be accepted if you know your pin number.
- No smoking in house/rooms or rear garden.
- Bank Holidays a min of two nights stay.
